This book is very easy
to follow in regards to the story lines and characters. The story follows the main character, Annemarie during WWII, and centers around the theme of friendship and extreme bravery. Annemarie's world is turned upside down as her family works to save her best friend and family from being captured by the Nazis. This book earns 4 out of 4 stars from me because not only is it an easy read, it is so informational as it discloses facts about life in German occupied Denmark during the war.
I love this book! i read it in school and on occasionally ill open it up and read it. i want to put this on my list of book
